At Home in Your Body: An Ayurvedic Program for Balance & Vitality

If you’re a woman experiencing some (or all) of these symptoms, this program is designed with you in mind.

  • Chronic indigestion, bloating, or pain

  • Constipation or loose stools

  • Difficult menstruation or perimenopause symptoms

  • Anxiety, depression, or poor sleep

Deep down, you may long to feel clear, energized, joyful, and at home in your body. You may yearn to be able to do the things you love with the people you love, while enjoying stable digestion, mood, and sound sleep.

How Ayurveda Can Help:

Ayurveda teaches that when we create the right environment, the body, mind, and spirit naturally move toward balance and healing. The key lies in maintaining a healthy Agni (the Sanskrit word for fire), which is the internal force that transforms and processes not only our food but all sensory and mind inputs into energy and waste products.  When Agni is strong, benefits ripple outward beyond regular digestion into clarity of mind, stable energy, and emotional well-being.

Lasting transformation doesn’t come from quick fixes, but from small, consistent shifts over time. This program is designed to help your body begin to re-establish balance so you can:

  • Feel light and clear-headed 

  • Feel at home in your body

  • Digest and eliminate with ease

  • Sleep deeply

  • Experience more joy and vitality

  • Know what foods truly support you, and what foods do not

  • Learn to listen to your body’s wisdom and align with nature’s rhythms

This program may be right for you if:

  • You want to better understand how what you eat, think, and do influences your health.

  • You have noticed, or want to learn to notice, how your body and mind respond to different foods and activities.

  • You’re open to making changes in diet, lifestyle, and habits.

  • You’re ready to give your full effort and commit to the process.

  • You know that true healing takes time and consistent attention.

  • You value open, honest communication.

  • You’re willing to commit at least 4 months to your healing journey.

  • You have 20-30 minutes per week to fill out a written reflection.

  • You have (or are curious about starting) a movement, meditation, or spiritual practice.

This program is not a good fit if:

  • You’re seeking a quick fix without changing anything.

  • You don’t have the space (mental, physical, or emotional) to take on something new right now.

What’s Included:

  • Initial Intake Session (90 minutes)

  • 4 Follow-Up Sessions (60 minutes each), to be completed within 6 months of intake (extensions available for extenuating circumstances); sessions are usually about 1 month apart

  • Currently, all sessions are online only. 

Bonus Support:

  • Text support between sessions via Healthie (HIPAA-approved EHR system) for clarity and guidance

  • Weekly reflection prompts (with tailored, individual written responses from me)

  • Checklists and trackers (such as a daily body-mind awareness checklist) to deepen self-awareness and keep you on track and accountable 

Your Initial Intake Includes:

  • Full health history review

  • Evaluation of your concerns and goals

  • Determination of prakruti (your individual, unique body constitution) and vikruti (current imbalance)

  • Ayurvedic tongue, nail, and facial analysis

  • A simple action plan to begin right away

Recommendations May Include:

  • Nutrition and lifestyle guidance

  • Herbal support (if appropriate)

  • Yoga, meditation, or pranayama (breathing) practices

  • Spiritual and/or life coaching

  • Education on Ayurvedic principles tailored to you

Follow-Up Sessions Provide:

  • Ongoing assessment of your progress

  • Support in integrating changes

  • Adjustments and new recommendations to fit your life
